Our apartments are second to none. They range in size from 648 to 1300 square feet, and all of the apartments feature fully-equipped kitchens, washer and dryer, large walk-in closets and ceiling fans in the living and bedrooms. The building features a total of 197 apartments, of which 156 are one bedroom, and 41 are two bedrooms.

With all the fantastic services and amenities available at McDowell Village, we’re more like a resort than a retirement community. Enjoy a glass of wine in the bistro or on the patio before dinner in the beautiful dining room; treat yourself to a swim in the heated swimming pool; or challenge your neighbor to a friendly game of billiards in the lounge. Another great feature of life at McDowell Village is our unbeatable location. Our ‘5 mile radius’ is very robust; it includes Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital and Medical Center, Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town downtown district, which is well known for art galleries, restaurants, shopping, and museums, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Casino Arizona, and the brand new Granite Reef Senior Center is actually connected by a garden-walking path to our front door.
