The only critique that I have is I feel the male in admissions that I worked with tried to make empty promises. However, I can overlook that because I have had nothing but a good experience. On the first day, the admin introduced herself and ever since that day she has been incredibly helpful with questions. It’s rare to find an involved admin, but MapleShades has one! Every department has just been fantastic from nursing to finance to housekeeping and activities.
