We are embarking on growth in the Adult Foster Home Care field. As we are all aware of, this field has a great and demanding need that must be filled in the coming years due to the advancing aging population. There is not a more worthy cause, than to service those of our elderly, as we would our own parents.

By operating two brand new, identical homes, it allows us to be highly flexible when serving our clients and managing our staff. We wish to establish a new standard by which Foster Care should be approached. The following describes our philosophies: Our Company Goals: 1. Provide a home atmosphere for our clients that portray feelings of belonging and contentment.

2. Provide space and time which is conducive for interaction with others, whether it be other members of the home, or relatives or friends which come to visit.

3. Provide the opportunity to have an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

4. Provide the type and sufficient assistance to our clients as they may need for their daily activities.

5. Instill feelings of independence, security, and safety, in our clients.

6. Provide adequate staffing that is compassionate, rewarded, fulfilled, and offers flexibility.

7. Provide flexibility of service to our clients, and for our staff.

8. Maintain the highest possible standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. (Q.S.C.) 9. Fulfill as many of our clients’ needs, for as long as possible and practical.
