The owners of Interim HealthCare of Madison, Inc. remain actively involved in the day to day operations of the agency since they opened the local franchise office. Their son, who is a Registered Nurse, has been working for them since 1988 and became a minority owner in 2002. Interim HealthCare of Madison, Inc. is also a franchise of Interim HealthCare, Inc.

Interim HealthCare Inc., founded in 1966, was originally called Medical Personnel Pool. It was a division of Labor Pool of America, which was founded in 1946. The name was changed to Interim in 1992 to allow the company to operate diverse lines of business under one banner and also more adequately reflected the services provided at that time.

Today, Interim HealthCare, acquired by Sentinel Capital Partners, is the nation's largest combined provider of home care and health care staffing. Interim HealthCare has two core businesses: home health care and health care staffing.

As a home health care agency our primary goal is to assist individuals to remain independent in their own homes. We also provide private duty services in nursing homes, hospitals and assisted living facilities, as well as staffing services to those facilities. Services can be provided from as little as 2 hours, one day per week up to 24 hour per day, 7 days per week.
