Interim Healthcare

Interim HealthCare provides complete health care management services in the privacy of the home setting, as well as select services in alternate settings such as hospitals, independent and assisted living, and long term care facilities.

Companions, Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants offer assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) - personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship.

Registered Nurse's and Licensed Practical Nurse's can provide care such as dressing changes, monitoring high-tech equipment, or other specialized needs as determined the physician.

Partnering with Interim ensures: 1. Rigorous hiring standards. Personal interview, criminal background check, license verification, drug screen, reference checks and competency testing.

2. Bonded employees. Comprehensive coverage for general and professional liability.

3. Free initial RN in-home assessment.

4. An integrated care management relationship between the client/patient/family and an Interim RN Home Care Supervisor.

5. RN assessment visits in the home every 60 days or sooner as needs change.

6. Access to on-all nurses 24 hours a day, 7 days week.
