Home Place Special Care at Burlington
HomePlace is a unique home-oriented Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care Facility.
We specialize in providing the highest quality of care to our resident’s by employing caregivers and nurses who are kind, compassionate and educated to this level of care. We have 3 living areas with a total capacity for 60 residents;
Pod 1 has a capacity for 18 and it is for the highest level of care; meaning those residents requires total assistance with their activities of daily living. Pod 2 has a capacity for 16 residents; the level of care fluctuates based on the residents care needs.
Pod 2 is used as a centralized area for activities and special events.
Pods 3 and 4 are quite and cozy and accommodate 12 to 14 residents that love to watch t.v. and participate in social activities and function at a higher level of independence.
Each pod has its own personality with different levels of activities. Our goal everyday is to provide the highest level of care and treat each resident with the utmost respect and dignity while providing a home-like environment. Family participation is strongly encouraged to help maintain open lines of communication via phone, e-mail or fax to ensure all care concerns are managed and addressed as the needs arise.
