Hired Hands Homecare is a family owned and operated non-medical homecare agency, which has been providing Marin, Napa, & Sonoma counties with the finest caregiving services for over 15 years. We enhance the well-being of seniors by providing trustworthy and compassionate homecare services, while empowering our dedicated homecare professionals with excellent employment opportunities and job satisfaction.
Our exceptional Caregivers are our employees, and have been thoroughly screened and background checked and are insured and bonded. We handle all employer responsibilities –
including wages, taxes, workers’ comp, insurance and bonding. Many of our caregivers have a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide Certification, and have extensive experience working with the elderly and disabled. We practice ongoing staff education, management, appreciation and recognition, to ensure the consistent high quality level of our Caregivers. We’ve also developed specialized Alzheimer’s’/Dementia and Hospice Teams to help deal with these unique and difficult situations.
We are committed to fulfilling your exact needs from the very start. Our dedicated Management team has over 100 years of direct experience in managing homecare and working with seniors, and we know exactly what it takes to make sure our clients are being properly cared for. Assistance is available on a flexible basis: 24 hours per day, 7 days a week on an hourly, overnight or 24-hour live in basis.
