Connected to the main building by protected walk ways, residents need never venture out into bad weather. These inviting apartments, which are nestled on 55 beautiful acres in Oconee County, are equipped with individual heating and air conditioning units and hot water heaters, fully equipped kitchens, full baths and private patios. An elegantly decorated main building has a restaurant, sitting rooms, library, and beauty and barber shops.

An Assisted Living and Memory Care community is also connected to the main building and is available for residents who require a higher level of care (assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, laundry, housekeeping, three meals, snacks, activities, transportation).

For those who want to remain active, there is a full calendar of social, educational, cultural, and recreational events. Security is an added advantage for Highland Hills. A complete security system limits access to the facility by outsiders. A state-of-the-art fire system includes fire protection throughout the whole building. Emergency call systems are in all bedrooms and bathrooms for the convenience of our residents. Staff members routinely check on all residents to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Personal Care staff are on duty 24 hours a day every day and a security guard is present all night. Free transportation service is available to and from the physician’s office, the grocery store, and other locations. Highland Hills is home to our residents and has a warm and loving staff.
