They seem to treat them with respect. We have had challenges with over charging mom, not being easy to talk with anyone related to billing - lots of passing the buck. Getting her laundry done is very difficult. Like it doesn't get done. Initially we think mom was telling them her daughter would do so so maybe the misunderstood but we were only taking it b/c they did not for over 2 weeks. Mom says the food was better at the start but lately not. Ex. Bland soup with very mushy, overcooked noodles. I think some of it is mom but also not sure how hard they try to get those living there to get to know each other & be involved in things.
