Welcome to Hacienda de Milagros, a 10 bed assisted living home located in Tucson’s east side. We recognize that the decision to place a loved one in the care of others is not an easy one to make.

But when the care your loved one needs is more than what family members can provide, we’re here to serve you. With that in mind our primary goal is to ensure that both you and your loved one receive the care and support you need and deserve.

We have plentiful parking and a large, enclosed, beautiful desert landscape backyard.

Daily life at Hacienda de Milagros is designed to feel just like home. A warm bowl of soup. A friendly game of cards. A favorite television program. A visit from a friend. We’ve designed our services to give our residents and their families the care, comfort and enjoyment that will enrich their lives.

With each resident being unique in their needs and preferences, we’re more than happy to accommodate any special issues that may come up. This may include something as simple as preparing a favorite meal for a birthday to something as complex as providing one-on-one care during the day. Our goal is to provide your family with the level of care and service you would like your loved one to receive. Please let us know how we can make your loved one’s stay with us as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

Christy Sorbe, PT is the manager of Hacienda de Milagros. She personally oversees the care of all our residents and manages our staff of caregivers. Christy has nearly a decade of experience as a physical therapist, the majority of this being providing home health services. In addition to managing a staff of other therapists, Christy has assisted hundreds of patients transition from a hospital stay to being independent at home.

Our Staff is made up of certified caregivers, of which some are LPNs, CNAs or RNs. Additionally, nurse practitioners, RNs, lab and medical imaging technicians, hair dresser, and podiatrist all provide in-home services
