We, at Green Meadows Board and Care, offer a perfect solution to our senior’s needs. We provide a personalized professional care in the comfort of a small residential home. Residents continue to enjoy their independence, with the confidence and security of concerned assistance and friendly companionship.

Services offered: *24 Hour Staff on Duty *Our Staff dispenses daily medication per doctor's instructions. All medication in each facility is kept locked. *Daily housekeeping and linen services.

*Residents are treated to three full balanced and nutritious meals and unlimited snacks and drinks each day.

*Group and individual activities to maintain an active lifestyle *Bedside care for minor and temporary illnesses.

Our staff are trained in first aid and emergency response. Our staff will summon emergency care and notify families. Residents receive assistance with daily activities including dressing, bathing and grooming. Residents without local families will be accompanied to medical appointments.

Regular and Holiday activities and events are carefully planned for the residents. Family members are welcome to participate.

We have a Registered Nurse on call 24 hours a day.
