About
Good Shepherd Assisted Living
At Good Shepherd Assisted Living, we treat you like family. Our personal care home gives extra care and attention to every individual.
Our Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) monitors their condition daily. The resident's family is informed of their loved one's condition and needs continuously. Vital signs are taken on a regular basis. Assistance with medication administration is recorded in the medication log.
Good Shepherd Assisted Living gives a sense of home. Since the home is newly remodeled, everything is in mint condition. The bedrooms are newly furnished and cozy. The showers are walk-in for safety. Transfer benches and grab bars are in the shower for safety and we assist and supervise all showers. Grab bars are installed on the toilets for safety as well.
In order to enrich their lives, we create activities that they enjoy doing.
Some of the activities we do are Bingo, cards, puzzles, chair exercises, art, cooking, singing, word games, Holiday and birthday parties, and simply socializing outside in our on the country porch. Each one is treated with manicures twice a month, as well as getting their hair done every week. Residents have unlimited visits and outings with family.
The food is home-made, healthy, and delicious. We also serve only home-made bread we bake here in the home. 3 delicious meals and snacks are provided every day.
