Friendship Villas at La Cholla

Friendship Villas at La Cholla is an Assisted Living & Memory Care community. Each Villa has 16 luxury suites each adjoined by a great room style main living area with the kitchen being the focal point. The villas are uniquely designed and beautifully decorated to emphasize resident comfort. Each individual suite consists of a sitting area, private patio, bedroom and private full bathroom. We encourage our residents to personalize their own suites with personal furnishings, memorabilia and photo’s. There is also a multipurpose area with TV and computer for resident enjoyment. Also available is a beauty salon, a sensory room and other amenities. Our staff is genuine and caring offering the assistance needed while respecting individualized independence. There are activities, events and entertainment for socializing. Each resident receives personal assessments and appropriate interventions by our nursing staff.

Friendship Villas at La Cholla currently has four 16 suite buildings, two are secured and there are plans to expand to six villas. We are licensed to provide all three levels of Assisted Living, as well as Memory Care. Hospice care is also provided because we believe in the residents’ right to be able to “age in place”. Friendship Villas is locally owned and operated and we open our family to yours.
