Exceeds Expectations
Brookdale has exceeded my expectations. My father was in another facility that could not figure out how to care for him due to his Dementia in spite of their being a Memory Care facility. Brookdale staff have skill and patience and truly care about their residents.

At Brookdale North Fremont, residents can thrive in an empowering yet safe environment. The community’s layout is strategically designed to promote mobility and safety. It features circular walking paths, keypad entries, secured entrances and exits, and an alert system. Plus, staff members are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency situation. Brookdale’s care team is committed to your well-being and develops person-centered partnerships with each resident. To provide the care you need when you need it most, Brookdale North Fremont’s dementia-trained team members spend extra time learning about your hobbies, health history, and personal preferences.
The community also employs two exclusive memory programs — the Clare Bridge and Solace programs — to facilitate care, structure, and connection. The Clare Bridge memory care program was created more than 30 years ago and provides residents with a minimum of six enriching activities each day. These activities highlight an individual's skills and may include brain-stimulating games, and physical activities like dancing or walking. The Solace Program specifically assists residents in the late stages of dementia by providing extra time for grooming, and sensory activities involving music and aromatherapy.

Exceeds Expectations
Brookdale has exceeded my expectations. My father was in another facility that could not figure out how to care for him due to his Dementia in spite of their being a Memory Care facility. Brookdale staff have skill and patience and truly care about their residents.

The staff here is amazing. They're very in tune with the residents needs and wishes. There is already an activity going on and fun outings planned as well. Outdooor time is plentiful. I would highly recommend Brookdale for your loved one.

Excellent and loving care
This facility was designed with memory care in mind. I love that it is safe, the staff are outstanding, they are personally invested in my Mom’s wellbeing and they are accommodating and open to all concerns and suggestions. I also love that my Mom can remain here to the end of her life with hospice coming in when it is needed. They have a full program and optional hair salon appointments in facility. They cebebrate all holidays and Birthdays and have a van for outings for small groups of residents at a time. My family is so happy we found this place! And family and other visitors are welcome.

Safe, loving care
The facility is bright and cheery, and the staff provide excellent care for my aunt. They are very patient and know her very well. It feels like a family.
The food is enjoyable and healthy, and the activities are engaging. We are happy we found Brookdale North Fremont.

Home away from Home
Brookdale North Fremont is a Home away from home. It’s one place I will recommend for families who are looking for Home for Mom or dad . Their staff were very caring and and develops a good Interpersonal relationship with the residents. They encourage residents to participate in their daily activities and I noticed most of the residents have fun socializing with others. I love how staff used their therapeutic touch and communication with each individual. Staff and management make sure of the safety and well being of all their residents like their own . Families and visitors are welcomed with smiles and management deals with any concern the family have for the residents and coordinate it accordingly. I will give meals 3.8/5 rate, not bad but I’m sure it will get better. Bring your love one in this Happy Place!

Caring, Personalized Environment
The employees here are extremely doting, attentive, and knowledgeable about each of the residents. There is constantly a project or activity going on to keep the residents productive and involved with others. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is a great deal of interaction between residents and caregivers as well as amongst residents. I'd highly recommend bringing your loved one here for lots of one-on-one attention.

Wonderful Care
I never thought that any place or persons could care for my 100-year old mother as my husband or I could, but Brookdale Fremont North certainly is doing so! The staff is professional, caring and attentive! Mom is thriving and loves participating in all of the activities. She is happy in her new community and has made new friends. My family and I will be eternally grateful to each of the outstanding associates at Brookdale North Fremont!

Celebrate life is for living
I worked with the staff when I would visit our hospice patients a few times a month. The caregivers were their best assets. They are caring, loving, and respectful of the residents and their uniqueness and of course, their needs, their comfort, and dignity are above and highest priority of the staff here. They also relate well with the residents and are genuinely supportive of each other. Before Covid, I would participate whenever there is special occasions the folks would put on the celebration with invitations to families to join. So to summarize, I would highly recommend this memory care for my loved ones for their approach to caring the elderly by getting to know them and give them the best life possible. Hooray to Brookdale North Fremont and Brookdale Senior Living in general keep up the good work and the top spot for AL and Memory Care choices of living for seniors nation wide. Remember care for the caregiver means care for the residents!

Just What We Were Looking For
This is a good place for my loved one to be. I believe the memory care community know what to look for and the course that the memory takes to alert the family and keep them updated. The staff are good to work with and they are responsive with answering to questions or addressing concerns.
Brookdale is assisting with medication management, feeding, hygiene, bathing and more that is provided for my loved one. The monthly fee includes meals, activities, room, and housekeeping. There is an additional fee for assistance with lifting and feeding of my loved one.
The community itself has quite a few activities. They are able to accommodate dietary restrictions.

A Good and Necessary Change
I would tell others that my loved one is happy here and I feel they are well taken care of. This is important to our family. The staff are very good at leting the family know of any changes to our loved one, and how they will monitor it.

The staff at Brookdale North in Fremont, especially [name removed], were very helpful and supportive during our transition of moving my father into the facility. Their assistance with navigating the process and emotions helped us through the emotional time. They made sure the first day we moved him in we received a video and periodically have pictures of him participating in activities.
