Our cottages are month-to-month rent;l they are not for sale or lease. This allows you the freedom to choose where you live today as well as in the future. Our cottages include full kitchens equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, range, garbage disposal, and refrigerator. There is access to a beauty salon and barber shop across the way at Alpine Springs. We also have beautifully landscaped grounds and weekly housekeeping. These are a few things that our residents enjoy.
