Emerald Meadows is a Rest Haven Christian Services Assisted Living Community. Rest Haven Christian Services, a non-profit organization, has been committed to promoting independence and providing services to those entrusted to our care for 90 years. Our goal is to allow a person to be as independent as they can be. Every day at Emerald Meadows we preserve and enhance a person’s independence while caring for the whole person – spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally.

We offer three different floor plans for spacious studios, with large baths, kitchenettes, and inspiring views. You’ll enjoy wonderful dining experiences where you’ll enjoy home cooked meals in our dining room that surrounds the courtyard and a magnificent three-tiered fountain. We provide morning care, bedtime care, bath services, medication reminders and weekly housekeeping services. Our services are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We are dedicated to all the lives entrusted to our care.

Emerald Meadows is nestled behind the Cascade Wal-mart in Grand Rapids. The gorgeous country setting of Emerald Meadows, and its grove-like campus, creates an inviting family atmosphere. We offer Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s care, Day Care Services, and Respite Care.
