Everything is terrific. The staff is absolutely top notch : professional, friendly, ultra helpful. When we need a light bulb changed or some such, they are Johnny on the spot. We are independent and aren't looking for lots of activities but we attend most and enjoy them. It really IS a community! Just the right size for us. The other residents are friendly and welcoming. The location is terrific; love Kerrville, especially for the art and music options. Always something to do in the community. Love also that it's on the edge of town and there's so very much open space and around the property. The Gualupe River and trail are huge onuses. \n\nIt has totally been up to us choosing where we wanted to live, our family had no real say.
