EldersChoice of Connecticut, LLC services are very focused: 24/7 non-medical home support through a qualified dedicated caregiver. Caregivers live in for one to three months before taking a break. We conduct a detailed case assessment and actively monitor and follow each case to assure a standard and continuity of care that offers our clients an optimal quality of life and dignity in the comfort of their home or independent living community. There is a two week minimum for providing any services; often, these shorter stays are for post-surgical rehabilitation, oncology or respite care. We provide a temporary caregiver during any scheduled break.

Caregivers must meet very high standards - standards that far exceed Connecticut requirements. We actively collaborate with family and medical providers to assure that our clients' health and well-being are addressed promptly and responsible parties are informed.

We accept long term care insurance, and our daily fee is less than comparable hourly services or a nursing home. We are registered with the State of Connecticut: Registration HCA.0000489 EldersChoice of Connecticut serves the entire state of Connecticut.
