Desert Emerald Assisted Living is located in South Scottsdale. We are Licensed by Arizona Department Of Health Services, caring for 10 residents, under the Directed Care Level Services. The size of our home is over 3000 square feet., with 10 private bedrooms. 1 Full bath, 3 regular bathrooms.

Residents at Desery Emerald will enjoy private bedrooms, a common kitchen, dinning , and living room area. We’ve found this home-like environment helps our residents feel as comfortable as possible with surroundings that are familiar.

Our home is specially designed to to allow residents the freedom to roam around as they wish without a worry. We hope that you will consider Desert Emerald Assisted Living as a second home for your loved one future needs.

Our facility offers a variety of Activities daily such as: -Arts & Crafts -Games (Bingo, scrabbles, puzzles, etc…) -Movies & Popcorn -Bible Studies -Daily Exercise & more… Residents will also have a choice to go to Adult Day Care Centers of their choice– as long as it is approved and paid for by the family, and/or covered by ALTCS
