Cypress Meadows was designed, built and Operated by Skyline Crest Management, CEO Dr. Vincent Malfitano.
Its ownership has not changed and its Staff is very long term, with very little turn over.
Dr. Malfitano is onsite daily and his management style is hands on. He is well respected at his Community by Residents and their families alike, as well as the entire Community and Region. He was born and raised in this community, and maintains an uncompromised sense of Respect and Pride for the Cypress Meadows Community.
His onsite presence and approachability to all, is extremely unique to the Senior Housing Industry, and has earned him and his Cypress Meadows Community multiple awards as Business and Person of the year.
