Whether you’re coming from out of town or from the local area our location is easily accessible. You’ll find all of the resources you need for your personal business , recreation and health in close proximity to our community.

Courtyard Village offers, INDEPENDENT LIVING; rent will always include utilities (except telephone) once weekly housekeeping, transportation, free Wi-Fi service and a monthly calendar of social opportunities. A dining room program is offered as a choice; pay only for what you use.

Courtyard Village welcomed its first resident into the community in 2006. You may choose from studio, one and two bedroom apartments or if you’re not quite ready to downsize to an apartment you’ll find 26 beautiful two bedroom two bath patio homes. These homes offer kitchens w/granite counters, all appliances including washer and dryer, lots of storage space; a living room with fireplace and surrounding bookshelves and a private one car garage.

What we’re most proud of is the ‘Village’ part of our name; this truly is a Village as people here enjoy and rely on one another. Each month presents a diverse offering of social opportunities to choose from including trips to local places of interest in the Southwest Washington and Portland Oregon area as well as live entertainment and many other opportunities.
