Our goal is to provide exceptional care and personalized service to seniors who need assistance with daily living. In a comfortable, upscale and secure home environment, we present feeling of independence and self control to all residents. Our activity program is designed to stimulate our residents physically, mentally and spiritually. Family members are encouraged to participate in social activities.
We are licensed for Dementia and Hospice care.
By preserving independence, dignity, and quality of life for aging loved ones, we aim to provide peace of mind to their families.

Services

Personal Care

•Personal Care by trained, experienced staff.

•Assistance with personal activities of daily living such as; dressing, eating, toileting, bathing, grooming and other mobility tasks.

•Private and semi-private rooms.

•Nutritious hot meals daily.

•Special diets as required.

•Snacks any time.

•Cable TV in each room and all utilities.

•Laundry done individually.

•Linens and toiletries provided.

•Beautician arrangements.

Health Care

•Assistance in making medical appointments.

•Ongoing communication with resident’s physician and family

•Assistance with taking medication in accordance with physician’s instructions.

•Bedside care for minor temporary illness or recovery from surgery.

•Arranging in-home medical testing when necessary.

•Utilization of home-health nursing, physical therapy and other health professionals as needed.

Individualized exercise program.

We offer individualized program of recreational activities based on cooperative planning by the facility, residents, family members, caregivers and physicians.

Transportation

•Transportation to medical and dental appointments within 20 miles will be provided.
