Very Pleased! Very Versatile Care
I think it's fantastic! What I like about the technician that they dispatch is these technicians do it all. If my mother needs to exercise her legs she'll do that. If the kitchen needs to be cleaned she'll do that. If laundry needs to be done she'll do that. These folks are just so versatile. I'm very pleased with their service.

Veteran disrespected and shunned
I'm a 62 year old disabled veteran that hired Christian senior services home health which has an office desk inside a building on FM 1960 in Houston,TX.
IM EZ going and friendly, and understanding, however my patience was tested many times by the Asian lady owner running the place..I went through 8 or 10 care givers she sent out that were lazy and disrespectful (except for the last one) I was robbed by one of them stealing and another one broke my glasses by washing them in the washer. I asked the lady owner if she had insurance that would pay for my replacement glasses and she threw a fit....raised her voice at me and told me No and hung up on me, but that wasn't the first time..she has a very bad short temper.. she can't keep help or customers because she is rude and disrespectful. many complaints on this company, and they also are under investigation for insurance fraud. omg
This lady is no way a Christian and using that name as a Scheel to fool her customers that she's suppose to take good care of.
her last employee here was moved to another person needing more hours than me, so yes she's all about the money.. she told me she's looking for a replacement (again) sadly I said ok but just make sure she's had her flu shot because I don't want to catch the flu and she rudely told me NO that's not a State requirement (I was shocked) and also that I couldn't get an interview with the new care giver..and told her that I'd feel better if I talked to the new person first because they're in my house 5 days a week, and I'd like for them to have a flu shot..she got so mad and said no
then put a man on the phone that told me they have 500 other care giver companies that you can call..wowww what an attitude to have...so I did just that. I would never recommend this lady and her company to anyone..they cannot be trusted and by their poor attitude and rudeness, they are in the wrong business. I also filed a complaint with Texas Dept of aging and disabilities service, and waiting on the outcome. this company will be shut down soon by the State Authorities.

Arranged Marriage Agency of HATERs
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Agency on the planet. It's called Christian Senior Care Services, but they are NOT Christian at all.
They A Husband and Wife Team equally as hateful and opportunists who prey on the elderly and vulnerable.
They have NOT provided caregivers for my parent on countless days and said that they couldn't find any. They do not provide holiday coverage.
They do NOT train their caregivers at all. We have had more than 20 caregivers be hired and quit saying that [name removed] and [name removed] were terrible to work with and inhumane. They do not pay their caregivers overtime even if they worked it.
They drive BMW's take month long international vacations, run in marathons and leave the agency and the patients to fend for them selves.
God forbid you question anything and [name removed] will tell [name removed] and he will go [removed] Crazy on you and tell you to find another agency.
He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in any line of business. He is not stable and has mental issues with a myriad of skeletons and secrets in his closet.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS AGENCY.

Rude, hateful people. Not Any aChristian I’ve ever met
[Name removed] and [name removed] owners of this caregiver company claims to be Christian. Let me tell you they are definitely not christians in the way they treat people. They sent me a caregiver from El Salvador claiming she knows how to cook. The day the caregiver gets here I ask her do you know how to cook she says a little bit. Christian tell me what’s the matter can’t she thought a hotdog in the microwave to fix you a meal. Can’t you give her instructions and show her how you want your food cooked, if I could stay in in the kitchen and do that I could cook for myself you stupid morons. I would never refer anybody to use their services

If i could rate this company 0 stars I would. [name removed] (the owner) is VERY rude/disrespectful and very hard to work with. It’s very unprofessional for a home healthcare agency to not have good customer service or any of the qualities they say they will provide you with on their business page.

My mother is a client of this agency. One day, the administrator called me and said, "We will stop the service because we are not making any money." If it wasn't because of my mom's caregiver, I would look for another agency. They only care for the money. They don't care about others. They carry the name Christian, but they don't live like Christ.

[removed]. They are wolves in sheep clothing. They pocket so much money while they pay their caregivers with mediocre wages who perform all the hard work. The administrator and his wife [removed] are very rude and mean spirited. I do not recommend this agency. If you have wisdom, stay away from these people. They speak highly of their philosophy and standard , and yet they lack INTEGRITY.

BEWARE!!
I an wheelchair bound and this company sent out a provider to clean my house. The provider was lazy and left my kitchen a mess on her first day. After she left i called linda at this company and reported that the provider did not fulfill all of her duties. Apprx. 30 mins later the president,Quintin,called me and was very,very rude and informed me get another company because they did not want to work with me.I could not believe the way this man spoke to me with this being my first day with this company.I chose them because they have" christian" in their name.All i can say is to please beware of the company you choose!
