About Centennial House of Apple Valley
The Centennial House at Apple Valley is a small, personal assisted living option for older adults. It’s two one-story buildings are connected by an all-weather hallway and a sun-drenched gazebo. The gazebo overlooks a spectacular pond frequented six month out of the year by water fowl. The residents spend many happy hours enjoying and watching the invigorating antics of the wild life.
Everyone at Centennial House receives the basic services of meals, housekeeping, social activities and laundry. If there is a need of dispensing medication, help with ambulation, or any additional personal needs, the services are available. Centennial House is affordable because you pay only for the services that you need. We have a simple point system for determining the charges for your care.
Two programs that distinguish Centennial House from other area assisted living sites include the RISE Program and our Enhanced Care Cottage. The RISE program focuses on physical muscle strengthening through group activities and one-on-one training sessions. Our on-site Physical Therapy Assistant is able to identify individual training requirements and set personal goals with residents who participate in the program. Our Enhanced Care Cottage provides higher staffing ratios, more individualized care and specialized programs.
Using our eight years of experience and knowledge, Centennial House has developed an intimate setting with small neighborhoods and home style dining. Our residence feels like home where you get to meet your neighbors and they soon become like family.
