Co-Owner Tom Feely is an elder care attorney who began his first home care business in 2003. He could see the overwhelming need for quality in-home care that would meet all of the physical and emotional needs necessary to substantially improve quality of life. Tom not only realized this need by working with the senior community in his legal practice, but also from dealing with his own aging family members.

Tom along with his wife Donna joined together to create Carolina Personal Care as a way to fulfill their desire to help seniors "age in place" in the most compassionate and dignified way possible.
