CareStaf® Home Health Care Private Duty Specialists CareStaf has been a home care provider licensed by the state of Texas since 1996. We offer services in Dallas and other surrounding DFW counties.

We specialize in providing Private Duty care with reimbursement by Private Pay, Long Term Care, Workers Compensation, and Insurance cases. We believe in providing a higher level of care and do this by having a full time RN on staff. We coordinate care with the client, family as well as their physician.

CareStaf differs from almost every other in-home service providers, unlike a Personal Assistance Services (PAS) agency, by utilizing an RN to handle all admissions as well as oversee all aspects of patient care. All of our certified nurse aides (CNA's) are competency evaluated by our RN. You will receive a higher level of service and care for about the same cost of a PAS agency.

We believe in the following core principles of care: TEAM APPROACH • We believe a team approach to care is the best way to ensure a successful outcome for the client.

• On going coordination of care for the client with the family, the physician, and the client.

RN SUPERVISION • A Registered Nurse handles the initial admit (in the home or Hospital).

• A plan of care is developed after a thorough interview of the patient and the family’s needs by our RN.

• An RN is available to make the necessary changes in care according to the client’s change in condition.

QUALITY STAFF • Background checks through Group One (the company used by the DFW Hospital board for background checks on all its employees).

• Experts at matching the client’s personality needs with our CNA’s/ HHA’s abilities • An RN competency evaluates, and orients every CareStaf employ.
