Care Minders ® Home Care, Northern California, was founded by John Mazza and Lillian Castro. Following a paralyzing injury suffered by his nine year old daughter, John became acutely aware of the challenges presented in caring for a disabled loved one. He realized that his daughter would require ongoing care that could not be provided easily or effectively by family and friends. Both John and Lillian are experienced, compassionate business people who know firsthand about the myriad of concerns inherent in bringing a “stranger” into your home. John brings more than thirty-one years of business operations management experience in the staffing and consulting industry. Lillian has over twenty-five years experience in the staffing and consulting industry with the last seven years in the Nursing and Allied Health staffing arena.
