Staffing has been an issue.
Staffing, and getting quality people to work for them, and to stay with the agency, is the biggest problem. We have had issues where they won't have someone for a shift. Especially if you need a lot of hours. The beginning was a struggle, but it's getting better now. For the elderly person that is using them, having different people coming all the time is difficult. They were one of the more reasonable of the places I looked at as far as pricing goes.
