Apartment amenities include a shower with tub, safety rails in bathroom, electric oven/range, refrigerator, emergency call system, carpeting, window blinds, furnished utilities (except for telephone and cable), smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and not to mention, individual heating and cooling systems. Property amenities include controlled entrance, community room, coin operated laundry room, off street parking area, and elevator.
