Willow Wood is a 278-apartment retirement community located on more than 18 acres of extensively landscaped grounds in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Our community caters to independent and assisted living residents. Enjoy a stroll around our two lakes, return to your apartment to enjoy warm Florida evenings on your screened patio, or join fellow residents in the auditorium for an evening of entertainment. Willow Wood provides seclusion from traffic and the congestion of everyday life. With scheduled transportation, you're never far from nearby shopping malls, cultural activities and the Atlantic coastline. Willow Wood offers a full spectrum of activities and programs including day trips, educational programs and exercise classes. For those who enjoy relaxing with a good book or chatting with friends, our library and community rooms provide the perfect setting. Enjoy splendid dining in one of our two dining rooms, or if you prefer, dine in our private dining room with friends and family. Willow Wood has so much available for your convenience — a full-service bank, beauty salon and barber shop, chapel, library, and a country store. You can also take advantage of our billiards room, arts and crafts room, card room and game room. Although self-reliance is important, it's nice to know there's help available if you need it. In addition to our everyday services, some of our residents may need assistance to maintain the independent lifestyle to which they've become accustomed. Assisted living services such as medication support, nutritional support, 24-hour trained staff, help with dressing and emergency response provide residents with extra support. These services are available in the convenience and comfort of your own home.

you stayed in touch, but the amount of contact was so
