Assisted Living offers furnished or unfurnished studio, one and two bedroom apartments with full kitchenettes and private bathrooms. One monthly fee includes three meals daily, snacks available all day, utilities, telephone, cable TV, housekeeping, linen service, emergency response pendant, personal laundry and scheduled transportation to shopping and off site activities. RN’s, LPN’s and healthcare staff, provide 24-hour resident care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and medication management.
Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care “The Gardens” offers 24 private and shared studio apartments in a secure environment, with spacious living and recreation areas, wide hallways and a cheerful kitchen and dining area. Our professionally trained staff is on site 24 hours per day to provide personal care and therapeutic activities for our residents.
Physical Therapy is available at our onsite rehabilitation center. Physical, occupational and speech therapy help our residents to regain strength while increasing independence with activities of daily living. Medicare and other insurance are accepted.
Home Health Services for those who wish to have personal care services right in the comfort of their own home, provided with excellence, integrity and professionalism.
“Try It Out First” program offers furnished guest suites for those wishing to stay at Buckingham on a short term or trial basis to “try it out” before making a final decision. You may stay for one week or up to one month. Our furnished studio apartments are perfect for residents making the transition into assisted living from a hospital stay or for families in need of a caring place for their loved one to reside while they vacation.
