We are located in the historic area of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and have provided quality nursing care for over 50 years.  Our 59 bed property is recognized in the community for our outstanding skilled and personal care, as well as our short-term rehabilitation program provided by Rehab Care.

At Blough we consider each and every person we serve as an individual with specific needs. Whether your requirements are Long-term or Short-term, our highly trained and accredited personnel are here to custom tailor a perfect complement of programs to suit your specific needs. 

Rehabilitation Therapy: Physical, Occupational, Speech, Restorative, and Psychological TherapiesSkilled Nursing: Pain Management, Diabetic Monitoring, IV Antibiotics, Wound Care

Respite Care: Respite care provides 24 hour service to families, friends, or caregivers needing temporary care for a short period of time.

Personal Care: Our 9 bed personal care accommodations is an ideal solution for someone that is still able to provide some care for themselves, but needs assistance with medication management, bathing, dressing, and could benefit from more socialization then their current situation offers. Mild to moderate dementia residents are appropriate for this unit.
