Bloomfield Health Care Center's short term sub-acute rehabilitation unit is designed to restore people to good health through our holistic and multidisciplinary approach. Our care and services are designed to treat the entire person; utilizing an individualized plan of care for each and every resident.

We offer a full compliment of services/therapies including: orthopedic, cardiac, neurological, and post surgical rehabilitation, enteral nutrition, wound management, tracheotomy care, TPN, diathermy, electric stimulation, and ultrasound.
