We first opened our doors in1987 providing both medical and non-medical home care as part of Pascack Valley Hospital. When the hospital closed we changed our name to BergenCare Personal Touch and have continued to deliver the same quality care that has made us New Jerseys premier provider of home care services. Our professional nurses and certified home health aides are thoroughly screened including; criminal background checks, reference checks, license verification. Professional skills are verified and reinforced through testing and ongoing education and skills checks.

Our professional field staff include: Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Home Health Aides. All field staff are fully insured and bonded.

Home Health Aide Services - BergenCare Personal Touch provides Certified Home Health Aides for hourly or live- in care. All cases are supervised by a Registered Nurse.

Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care - All of our home health aides receive our signature Dementia care training and understand the importance of engaging clients with Dementia in stimulating activities.
