Baywood Home Care,formerly Homewatch Home Care, is a Minnesota Class-A Licensed Home Care provider that is locally owned and managed. We have been making it possible for Minnesota's seniors to live their lives at home, indefinitely, for 10 years. Our clients receive the care and assistance that they need in their own homes rather than in assisted living or nursing homes. They get one-to-one attention from a caregiver whom they get to know and trust on a personal level. Baywood Home Care caregivers are available on schedules that accommodate our clients' needs from 3-hrs a week up to 24-hrs a day. Our 24-hour (or live-in) care is an excellent nursing home alternative for people who need care, but want to continue living in their own home. The cost of Baywood Home Care is sometimes less, but often about the same as, assisted living and nursing homes. Our staff includes Registered Nurses, LPN's, Nursing Assistants, and Home Health Aides who have similar training and qualifications to the staff in Assisted Living and Nursing Homes. We can provide for nearly all of things that are provided for in care centers such as personal care services, medication management, exercise assistance, social outings, homemaker services, companionship, transportation, meals, and much more. Each Baywood client has a R.N. Care Manager, at no additional charge, who makes regular home visits to supervise his or her care, provide consultation, do assessments, liaison with doctors, and even arrange for other things that make staying home possible such as furnace repair, snow removal, or home modifications. We also offer complimentary home care consultations with our R.N. Care Managers to families who want to learn more about the home care option.
