The move in process was a good experience. The staff, aides, and front desk personnel are great. We had issues with my loved one's medications not being up to date twice but all is okay now. The facility feels very warm, bright and airy with pleasant surroundings. Aides and housekeepers are very available and friendly. The PM nurse is delightful. I am glad that my loved one is in this facility. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They are quick to respond to requests for the needs of our loved one. They are responsive to the family's questions and concerns, and if they don't know the answer they find out the answer and get back to us.\n\nThere are three meals a day and there are choices for the residents to choose from. \n\nThe community is clean and they do a good job at cleaning. However, the community is understaffed, like other places.
