Autumn Years Newport Mesa is a private, gated community serving seniors with memory loss. We have a specifically designed building where there are no long hallways in which to get confused, with daily life centered in our living room/activity areas for easy and independent access. Our 40 bed capacity and grouping by functioning level, allow us to give the highest possible cognitive, social and physical stimulation. We desire to honor and celebrate our seniors and their lives, past and present as much as possible. Our visiting physicians, dentists and podiatrists work alongside our licensed nurse and family members to ensure that every resident is closely reviewed and monitored on a consistent basis. Our chef prepares all well- balanced meals on site, and nutritious snacks are available 24 hours a day. We value our beautiful outdoor gardens, walking path and patio eating and visiting areas. These amenities help us encourage our residents to be outdoors and enjoy our magnificent weather here in Costa Mesa.
