They are so loving and caring to all their residence. I can see the true compassion that each of the employees have for the residence. Communication is top of the line!!! If you have a concern it doesn't take weeks to get an answer! They do what they say! Kudos to all of the employees!

Look elsewhere fir Memory Care
Beautiful new building, always kept clean.
Executive Director seldom onsite (about 1 day a week) and stays in the office behind a computer. I believe this is the third ED in < 1 year.
R.N-Director of Healthcare is poorly informed of residents changing conditions, does not get to know family, residents or staff. Staff does not seem to trust her. Seems to be more comfortable behind a computer. Also third DOH in < 6 months. Not a hands on manager or caregiver.
[Removed], for the most part seem compassionate and caring. However, they are always, repeat, always short staffed with very high turnover. Because of the staff shortages, be prepared to hire an outside caregiver for your family member, which will be $$$$.

Beautiful facility, beautiful rooms, welcoming spaces, many relaxing room options, and beautiful courtyards. Would consider it if it wasn't so expensive, at least $2k over other facilities. $$$$$

Autumn Leaves staff members are the best! They are sincerely kind, friendly, helpful, caring and hard working. My mother is enjoying all the activities and interactions with staff and family members visiting the other residents.

I have visited the Autumn Leaves in Clear Lake and thought it was wonderful. Has the feel of an Assisted Living facility but with the protection and security of Memory Care. [name removed]

Dad is settling in
This is an excellent facility where my dad is. The programming is great and he feels at home. The staff is caring and personable they really care. It has a great atmosphere and they are equipped to handle memory care. There was an incident where the communication wasn't as good as it could be while going through staff changes. Also where he was on a new medicine and we weren't told about it. The food is really good and wholesome. It is very clean with no smells. The decor is great. It is just very homey. I would recommend this to families.

Brand New Community
Considering that this community is brand new everything so far has been wonderful no growing pains no bumps in the road. My mom is loving it here. Everything is brand new and beautiful the landscaping looks great. The staff is wonderful and helpful. We all love the food they have a great chef. The location is perfect for the family to visit. I would recommend this place to anyone
