Situated in East Dallas overlooking picturesque White Rock Lake, Autumn Leaves offers an enjoyable, rewarding lifestyle where friendship, independence and peace of mind are a way of life. Autumn Leaves has served the senior community for over forty years with the same owners. Each apartment and every rehab and skilled nursing room has an emergency button and is monitored by our nursing staff 24 hours a day, every day. Mealtimes offer a variety of delicious foods and friendly companionship in one of our many dining rooms. We have a full range of variety of activities, outings, live entertainment, transportation available to doctor appointments, snacks and refreshments. Autumn Leaves is a continuing care service offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Rehab and Skilled Nursing. In Independent Living residents can choose a large efficiency, or a one or two bedroom and two baths apartment. All of our apartments are oversized with full size kitchens and private balconies overlooking the lake or the courtyard. We can personalize and customize your apartments to your taste. Assisted Living offers you independence and privacy in your own apartment with personal and hands-on support from each of our attendants right outside your door to assist you with bath, medication reminders, and personal grooming. Rehab offers occupational, physical, and speech therapy. Rehab and skilled nursing care offers private and semi private rooms with their own shower. Personalized nursing is directed by registered nurses, advisory physicians and other professionals experienced in long-term care. Licensed nurses are on duty at all times with a high staff-to-patient ratio. Meal services are prepared under a guidance of a registered dietician.
