Educated with a Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology and a Master’s in Health Care Administration. Ms. Tirado possesses almost twenty years of experience in the administration of high quality care services and has been a strong advocate for the elderly. She is a licensed health care risk manager who also holds a graduate certificate in health care corporate compliance and is trained in proven quality improvement methods such as Lean and Six Sigma.
