Transportation is available as well. When you break it down, it really overall is a great place and our loved one is having a great time there. There are so many activities that half the time when I call he is not available because he is off doing something. They have social happy hours, they play bingo and he enjoys playing pool. They also have movie nights as well a trivia throughout the week. There is a bus that the residents can use for transportation back and forth from the local shopping center - however its been broken down for about a month. The family is having to having to bring this to the community staff's attention on occasion. It would be nice to have the staff just clean the room, and not ask the resident permission to come in to clean the room.\n\nThey were able to assist with getting my loved one furniture for their room and this was very much appreciated.
