Asbury Retirement Home

Asbury house is independent living, for seniors 50 years plus. We have fourteen apartments, which very in square footage. We have one-bedroom apartments, single efficiency, double efficiency and several suites. All the apartments are located on the first floor, all apartments have a full bath, kitchenette, double closet, private thermostat, and wall air conditioner that is controlled by handheld remote.

There is an intercom system in the front foyer to alert tenets, they have guests, and can unlock the door from their apartment to allow their guest to enter. .

Laundry facilities is coin operated, is on the first floor. Each apartment has a storage area in the basement.

Noon meals are served Monday through Saturday that is prepared by our cook on staff. We encourage all the tenants to come to the common area for meals. If a tenant has an appointment, and cannot be there for lunch, our cook will save their noon meal for them.

We do have a common area that can be reserved for family gatherings, with the use of the kitchen and all the utensils.

The tenants are responsible for electricity. We do offer a bundled package for the tenant that is cost effectively for phone, cable and Internet service.
