What I like the most about the Kipling Meadows community is the friendliness of the staff as well as the good care they provide. When it comes to the meals there could be a little bit more of a diet control, but I would recommend this community to other families.

Great Fit
It has been a very good place for her.
Kipling Meadows is very good on improvements to the building such as new paint and carpeting. We also appreciate that Bayada for therapy is located in the building and that Kipling Meadows is connected with Caring Touch. They have been very helpful. The staff is very caring and helpful. The schedule of activities has been fun for my mother in law and she appreciates seeing the other residents. She enjoys all the meals served

Great place!
We toured Kipling Meadows when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility and our tour were both great. We really liked this facility. However, it was Independent Living only and the facility only had one elevator.

Happy resident
In my search for a place to live that would bring me closer to my kids and relieve me of all the housekeeping duties, I visited many other places in the area. I found the cheeriness of the rooms and the friendliness of both staff and residents to be the perfect fit for me and my husband. The food is good, the activities are many and suited to all residents. I have also enjoyed the outings provided for us on a regular basis.

Highly recommend
Kipling Meadows was my favorite out all of the other places that I was looking into at the time. The apartment sizes here are perfect for me and what I need. The staff are very friendly and willing to help out - I get along with all of them very well. I would highly recommend this community to others looking for independent living.

The people who live there are very outgoing and welcoming
The people that are there, the worker-bees are fantastic and very kind, but on the other hand the management is not the best, that area could use some improvement. They just hired a new activities director, which was an area they were lacking in, but so far she seems to be doing a really good job with things. The residents who live there are very outgoing. They just hired a new chef, and the meal's aren't to bad, about average. It is a different style of cooking our loved one is adjusting to. The community also has had some trouble keeping their house keeping staffed.

Clean and Friendly
I would recommend the community for someone who is fairly independent. There is a struggle in keeping the cleaning staff for the resident's rooms. It was almost one month before my loved one had another staff member to assist the cleaning on the entire floor of the resident's rooms.
My loved one likes the food sometimes.

A good community
Our loved one was a care giver to our father for 7 years, and this community has given her the chance to ease back into society. She is able to get back to doing things on her own and this is a safe place to do that. Also our loved one has the choice to cook for herself or not.

Communication was very good between the staff and myself. They kept us well informed and kept us up to date. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. The community was extremely neat and clean also.

Come On Out and Check It Out
I would recommend to check into this community. I've tried to get a friend to move out here in fact.
There are a wide selections of activities available for the residents. They print a calendar each week and it lists all the activities available to choose from.

Favorite property of those toured. Had the homiest and friendliest feel. Very close to my daughter's house.The studio shown us was huge even though a little pricey. Menu choices were varied and multiple for each meal.

My mom is so happy at Kipling Meadows!
She has made a bunch of new friends and loves the exercise classes. The food is very good and the activities are awesome.
She is able to maintain her independence with assistance when needed. I can't thick of a better place for her to be in her golden years!

Friendly Staff!!
I have no complaints about the stay my mother has been having so far at this community. She has been loving it and enjoying all of the great amenities they have to offer. She has been liking all of the nutritious meals as well as the activities with the other residents. We are very happy and would recommend this place to anyone .

I really liked the Arvada Estates. The place was kept up very well and had everything my mother would have needed. Everyone was very friendly. The thing my mother did not like was how far it was from where she was currently living.
