Healing and restoration for the mind, soul and spirit designed specifically for addressing the unique needs of caregivers. We will utilize art materials, music, writing, guided meditation and personal sharing to break new ground in your unique journey to engage creative portions of our brain and allow burdened or buried feelings to be expressed through images and the written word. This group is open to both men and women. There is no art, music or writing experience required (we may get a bit messy so casual clothing is suggested.)
This group is funded by the Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund and Arden Courts of Geneva
