So her level of care rate went from $[removed]. And the billing is changed mid month.\n\nSo far we have been very pleased with them. The rooms are beautiful and very well maintained. Staff is very attentive. The overall care that they receive, has assisted in improving their health and this is a big plus for our loved ones and family. This community is close for the family to visit our loved ones. The doctors are close by as well to be able to take our loved ones to the doctors.\n\nThe staff communication with the family has been really good. There is an open door policy for the family to meet with the staff or directors. There is also a community council to gain feedback from the residents to make changes in the community. \n\nThere are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from.
