AllCare Associates Home Care has its roots in the experience of two families caring for their elderly parents. It is this personal experience with the challenges of obtaining quality elder care and medical care in general that motivated Roger Zeender and Bill Spalding to start AllCare to help meet the growing need for non-medical care for our aging society. We want to ensure a quality of care that people deserve. Anyone who has been faced with more than ordinary medical issues knows the importance of having a knowledgeable advocate on your side.

Our staff brings with it decades of experience in providing care in Maryland and the surrounding counties. All of our employees are evaluated for competence and are provided with ongoing training as well. After a face to face interview and extensive license and experience documentation any new employee must also pass a criminal background check as well as provide proper references.

We take pride in providing only the best in dependable, consistent and affordable home care services. We have the people, resources, and knowledge necessary to make sure our clients get what they need. There is no simple solution for everyone so we make sure that you get as much or as little help as you need to enjoy living independently at home.
