Áegis of Aptos is one of the Santa Cruz areas newest assisted living communities. Located just minutes from beautiful Monterey Bay, Áegis provides high quality assisted living services in a specially designed environment. In addition to the 53 apartments available for assisted living, there are also 35 studio and companion suite apartments available for those with Alzheimer's disease or other dementia in our nationally recognized Life's Neighborhood. Here residents are able to perform to their highest potential with unique and specially designed programs such as "Life Skill" stations, a figure-eight walking path, an antique auto, flower filled gardens, and an old-time bus stop.
