Action Home Health Care provides services in Livingston, Washtenaw, Western Oakland, Western Wayne and Southern Genesee Counties. We participate in MI Choice Waiver through Medicaid and the Veterans Aid & Attendance Benefit which will assist with payment for our services if you qualify. We will be happy to provide you with assistance in applying for these programs.

Action Home Health Care does not require a contract that locks you into any certain period of time and services are available 1 to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We provide a 24 hour emergency line that is always available to answer questions and concerns and have a state of the art 911 system, telephony, which ensures that a caregiver will always be there. We are confident that you will not find another health care organization that can serve you better than Action Home Health Care and hope to be your provider of choice.
