The small size and design of Academy Villas and it’s home-like atmosphere create a comforting sense of family. Another key component of Academy Villas is our team of well-trained personal care associates who are committed to the well-being of residents and respect their privacy, independence and individual preferences. Associates at Academy Villas perform nearly all duties related to resident care. This concept of a “universal care worker” assures close, continuous contact between associates and residents. An experienced nurse oversees all care and medications, and is on call 24/7.

Academy Villas is the only LEED Gold certified assisted living community in Arizona. The Villas received the second-highest honor that the U.S. Green Building Council can bestow on sustainable-housing projects. Academy Villas, a 12-room nonprofit assisted living center is the first of its kind to obtain LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification in Southern Arizona, let alone a Gold ranking.
