A Better Choice-In Home Care truly believes in "Our Family Assisting Your Family." ABC proudly serves the elderly and those requiring personal care while recovering from illness or surgery in SW Riverside County. Our friendly and compassionate caregivers bring years of experience in the home care field.

All caregivers have been personally interviewed by John-the founder of the company. Before any caregiver is provided our handbook of operating procedures and training, employment verification (E-Verify), a thorough background check, and TB test are required.

John and his staff also maintain regular contact with the families and supervise caregivers by visiting them in action. After a plan of care has been developed, a weekly log is maintained and reviewed to ensure appropriate on-going care.

It is important to realize that ABC caregivers are employees- not subcontractors. As such, they are bonded, afforded worker's compensation and are covered by our general liability insurance policy. This should serve as an additional layer of reassurance and peace of mind to every family. Finally,caregivers must abide by our mission which endeavors also to provide spiritual support- when requested.
